The place is easy to get to by walking. Clear instructions provided by the host on how to enter and get the keys as it is self check in. The place was decent for the a short stay in Brighton with all the facilities you may need.
The radiator was turned up and had no way to adjust the temperature in our room. Shows the heating works at least

Great location, clean room.
Room had not been cleaned by agreed arrival time (which was an hour after normal check in).
Heating had been set high and the room was u bearably hot with a window which could only open a small amount.
The hotel forgot to send me my check in instructions, so I had to ring 3 times to get through to someone for the front door code.
