Pleasant hotel with excellent plant based food and very helpful staff. Very short walk to the town of Pitlochry for shopping and local sites.

The property is beautiful with several lovely outdoor spots and close to town. Our room was comfy and quiet and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had such a lovely stay at Birchwood Pitlochry and felt welcome from the very first moment. The hosts Dean and Paul were incredibly attentive, fun to chat with, and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The house is beautiful, super clean, and full of cozy touches and lovely decorations. You can really see the attention to detail, both inside and in the beautiful garden surroundings. Our room was warm, comfy, and perfect for relaxing. We also really enjoyed the lovely bar/lounge area.
The food was also amazing — great breakfasts and suppers, delicious drinks, and snacks always available. We were very well looked after the entire stay.
If you’re looking for a cozy Scottish stay in a lovely town, we’d absolutely recommend this place and would happily come back again. Thanks again Dean and Paul!
