The Claymore is now an extension of Westlands Guest House. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast taken in adjoining Westlands was self service buffet with good selection of hot dishes. The guest house is well located on main road of Pitlochry with ample parking and within easy walking of shops, coffee houses and restaurants.

A very good location close to the city centre. A beautiful building with a lovely and clean room, friendly staff, and a perfectly good breakfast. The surroundings of our house were very beautiful, with a wonderful blooming garden.
Things at the reception feel slightly rushed and perhaps a little impersonal, but they do have a lot of guests, so that is probably the reason. Even so, they are friendly.

The room was large and well appointed though very cold on our arrival.
Previously the owners provided everything you could need, slippers, tissues , biscuits, wine glasses etc etc. we didn’t even have shower gel in the containers, they were empty. No lovely pre ordered breakfast in the charming conservatory served by lovely staff. We had to walk in the rain next door to a canteen like help yourself crowded breakfast dining room.
