About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the center town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi (optical fiber), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower).
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 15 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with Italian shower, WC
Outside :
- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days
On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage.
Please note Access to the flat is by stairs. Please take this information into account if you have heavy luggage, or if you are a disabled or elderly person.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market:
Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rennes station (2 km)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande (7.5 km)

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Ouessant "🙂 Apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we would want, and more. The location was great for walkability, close to downtown, and easy to take the bus.
🙁 Only reason I didn't put the best category for cleanliness were because some of the pillow covers for the couch pillows had stains on them. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the floor was too."
