Great location and the property is very nicely decorated and relatively well equipped. It was always nice and warm There are lots of games and local books. The kitchen and living room are really lovely.
The bedrooms are very small, with no space for personal belongings. We were there for 4 days and had traveled internationally so had cases which became obstacles in the room.
The mattresses are very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hay bale and my neck is now suffering.
It would be useful to have more than 1 key, it was a bit of a pain when someone wanted to go home early, they either had to luck everyone else out or leave the door unlocked.

The location is excellent. The property is clean although the rugs could be replaced.
There were some issues around the temperature in the property and lack of control over the nest however the host did agree to turn the temperature up after a few messages back and forth. The accommodation is not child friendly. The accommodation is also not suitable for those with mobility issues. The accommodation is over two levels (not on listing) and the stairs are extremely steep. There is no stair gate (hence not child friendly) and knives and utensils are stored at children's eye level, not in a cupboard and not locked away. The listing should really be updated to include this absolutely VITAL information.
