Very clean, cosy and warm. Bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. Great shower. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Close to the train station, Lapland UK, and other amenities - so ideal for us. Safe for a 5 year old (who loved the fact we had a mop and spent a lot of time mopping the floor🤣). Coffee machine, coffee and flavouring- a nice touch. Access instructions were very clear and friendly host was immediately available if needed (I sent a message by accident and Andrew rang straight away to see if we were ok). Just about everything we could need.
Nothing really but we did only have half a toilet roll and ran out. Also, there were no robes- I didn’t bring mine, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I paid ÂŁ272 for 2 nights (Fri & Sat). It was a small compact ground floor room with a bedroom and a shower room. It was a well laid apartment with a big TV and good wifi. Walk in shower was nice. It was a great location just a few minutes walk to the middle of town down Chestergate. The owner was very quick to respond to a request for an extra sheet.
A few low-level bits; insufficient bedding for the sofa bed on arrival, fridge had a lot of water in it, kitchen kickboard fallen off, shower inside-handle came off and the shower tray was slow to drain. The main reason for not giving the apartment a 5 was the general level of cleanliness was a bit low. Bits on floor on arrival, plenty of cob-webs on walls and in corners, grubby TV screen etc. The place just needs a deep clean.
