We got an upgrade from double room to studio and it was amazing! The Spa facilities were all operational and very clean.
We had to park on the public road.

Great facilities, saunas, pools, great conditions and quality! The food was amazing, plenty of healthy options, protein, veggies and fruit! Reception staff, Kids playground, housekeeping - welcoming and kind, so professional!
Some staff members were missing a smile 😀
There could be some plastic bags in the room for damp clothes, considering it is a spa hotel and the swimsuits are wet.

The SPA zone is very good and offers different pools which is great for the children.
Let’s start with stating that for me this is not a 5-star hotel. First of all, the room was not as clean as it should be. There was a lot of dust everywhere. Second, the food was the worst I have eaten in such a “5-star” restaurant, some of the items were bad and others were undercooked, the food was not fresh, especially the salads.
The person at the reception was not in a good mood and did not explain any of the benefits the hotel offers. An example is the program for the children. Also, I asked whether the lunch during the week is free (something that I already knew), he said he doesn’t know and will check, something he never did.
In the children’s area, the women who are supposes to entertain the children were grumpy the whole time and the only thing they are doing is repeating to the kids: “Do not do that.”
Overall, I will not come back to this place.
