We loved the two bedroom apartment with private sauna. It was spacious, fit 3 adults and 2 children perfectly. Very clean rooms and good amenities. Spa is great, interior design is tasteful. Good choice of food options. Kids loved the play area and we felt comfortable leaving them there because we can watch them on the tvs from lobby bar/restaurant. We will visit again, Thank you!
The outdoor pool and jacuzzi should be warmer in temperture. The breakfast staff turns off coffee, water and juice machines too early. They should wait for all the guests to leave the restaurant.

Great hotel, with great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Spa is fantastic and the food super delicious.

The food was delicious and staff were friendly, considerate and helpful. I was alone with my 7 month old and I appreciated how accessible everything was for a buggy.

The room and food were nice
The hotel was fulll of kids, but there was nobody fro the personnel to put some control in place. Trolleys in the middle of the only passing walk to the elevators for hours, kids and adults jumping in the adults's swimming pool and yelling in the spa, families staying at the only 3 jakuzzis for 2-3 or more hours. We went to relax, but we came back more nervous than when arrived. No way to relax with 100 kids and their parents yeeling and doing whatever they want with no thought of the other guests whatsoever.
