Centrale Mazzoni Apartments R&R

The apartment is very modern, spacious, well equipped and has lots of storage space. The location is very good, quiet but close to noisy streets at the same time. It is also very close to the train and bus station and to the restaurants. Beds was very comfy. There's a very nice bathroom with a super cool shower. The sofa bed is a bit funny as it seems to be used a lot, so it is not fully flat anymore. But that's something we should count on when choosing to sleep on a sofa. We still had a very good sleep there! It's good looking and feels quite fancy. I would for sure recommend it. Alessandra was very welcoming, communicative and nice.

I think we were unfortunate with the cleaning situation. I believe this is not how it normally goes and for sure it can happen from time to time. However it seemed like the cleaning was done last minute and it wasn't done properly. Some of the basics of the apartment weren't cleaned at all. We would also appreciate it if the heating was working (maybe we just didn't figure out how to use it, but we also followed the steps in the guidebook) as we stayed there during the colder days.

Everything!!! Kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Location is perfect!

A good new building, the studio is rather spacious what is rare for Venice. The apartment is new and have everything needed. The location is great -5 minutes walk from the St Lucia station and the discrict is quiet and cosy! Administrators are all very helpful and positive.

The ventilation is very strong and noisy and blows directly into the head. I had to climb in and cover it with a towel. There were no paper towels, had to buy some.

Very big.

Very cold and dark.
