Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe ist ideal. Aussicht auf See und Berge toll, Balkon vorhanden. Gute öffentliche Anbindung zum See und zur Wallbergbahn. Tegernsee ist auf der "Sonnenseite" des Sees
Die Erläuterung zum "Schließfach" hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können. Schallschutz im Haus könnte besser sein.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist absolut top – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Perfekt zu zweit für ein paar Tage zum Abschalten oder um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
Wir waren allerdings zu dritt und das Schlafsofa ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Das kann man wirklich nicht zum schlafen gebrauchen. Die Küchenausstattung ist auf das Minimum reduziert, für einen längeren Aufenthalt muss die Spülmaschine täglich laufen.

Walls are thin. Guests upstairs can be heard talking, shouting, walking around. Shutters on windows won‘t close.
