I think if the host changed the paintings to something homie and added some rugs, the apartment will be more than perfect.

Großzügige Fewo mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Bad groß und geräumig, moderne Wohnküche. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung- perfekt für Familien. 2 Balkone mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Aufzug sehr komfortabel. Zentrale Lage als Startpunkt für viele Attraktionen am Tegernsee. Blick zum See. Vermieter sehr freundlich und stehen stets zum Kontakt zur Verfügung. Einfache Abwicklung zwecks Schlüssel und Co.
Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage für Bus/Transporter sehr eng. Stellplatz für Fahrräder zu klein. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden- im Ort selbst leider keine passenden Kapseln zu kaufen. Fehlende Leselampen/Nachttischlampen in den Schlafräumen
