Lift didn’t work when we arrived- only fixed on Monday after Friday arrival

This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely area close to many bus stops and museums and of course Brentford Stadium! We felt very safe and the host responded immediately to any requests we had.
The quality of finish in the apartment was top class but the quality of the mattresses let it down. The double beds were very uncomfortable with poor quality mattresses which was disappointing as the apartment is so luxurious otherwise.
The central air conditioning was not working when we visited but 2 mobile units and multiple fans were provided. We would like to have known how to dispose of our rubbish and items for recycling.

The property is in a lovely building and Sara who met me for check-in was excellent. Exellent views and a short walk from the train station and bus stop.
The apartment does need a few more items of cutlery and crockery, the lamps need to be replaced, new mattresses etc. The apartment AC does not work. There was a small portable AC unit, which can only be used with a door open and some fans which did not help cope in the London heat.
It would have been great to have somewhere to sit outside. The balcony is the best feature but there were only a few metal chairs to sit on.
