They responded to my messages seeking assistance a day late and were unhelpful. The hostel owner knocked on my door at 8:00 PM with a security guard with negative attitude, asked me if I needed anything, and then left without a word. Obviously I was not welcomed. Renovating a building into a hostel doesn't necessarily mean you are a hotel manager. You have to get education about it, you need to be hospitable.
