Walk to shops and restaurants. Own driveway/entrance and small ocean view deck, en suite bedroom plus additional bath, and an additional smaller twin bedroom, new and stocked kitchen, countertop convection oven, induction stovetop, microwave, larger apt sized fridge/freezer. Shared laundry area with main house. Big screens in bedroom and main room, Sonos sound system, Wifi, HVAC heat/AC. Great for locums or temp workers.

I had a wonderful 6 weeks here. It’s perfect if you are either working at the hospital or doing clinical rotations as it is only about a 5 min walk. It is perfectly located to where you can walk to the Bayfront and even to Nye Beach with ease.
The property itself is a quiet, spacious one bed, 2 bath basement apartment. Kitchen is fully loaded with countertop appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware…etc. I was able to make my dinner, and bake in the countertop oven. Cleaning supplies were also supplied.
Kim responded quickly to any questions that popped up, and any concerns were addressed immediately. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose. :)
If you get the chance, I highly recommend this location!

It was a very nice and practical place! It had a beautiful view and was close to everything. The owners were very receptive and accommodating!
