Cornish Beach Retreat is our newly refurbished self-catering holiday accommodation located in the heart of beautiful Downderry, Cornwall. Walking distance to the beach, the village shop, the local pub with breath-taking views and an insta-bar. The property is just a short drive to Looe and Polperro - you just couldn't be more well-situated.
Our property is the perfect holiday pad. Thoughtfully designed, immaculately presented, and located all on one level, for easy access.
LIVING / KITCHEN / DINER
The modern open plan living room / kitchen / diner contains contemporary kitchen units with built-in electric hob and oven, larder fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining area has a circular table and four dining chairs. The light, bright, modern living room has been tastefully refurbished with a three seater velvet Chesterfield sofa and armchair, and flat screen SMART TV.
BEDROOMS
With two bedrooms, Cornish Beach Retreat can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is sumptuously furnished with a large gorgeous teal velvet double bed and modern, painted wood wardrobe. The second bedroom contains heavy duty (single bed sized) bunk beds, and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
The family bathroom contains a bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
PRIVATE DECK
The relaxing private decked area out front offers rattan seating for up to four guests for those hot, balmy Cornish evenings - perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet with a chilled glass of wine.

It was more than we expected the owner thought of everything that is needed when you’re away would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who fancy’s a stay in Cornwall

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean and we received a really lovely welcome. The flat had everything we needed for our few days. Just a short walk down to a couple of restaurants and bars, all very dog friendly with lovely staff and good food. Downderry beach was just a few mins walk from the property, we didn’t spend a lot of time on this beach as it is quite a rocky beach but we did walk to Looe. Beautiful walk with a lot of hills. Lots more bars restaurants and things to do in Looe.

Everything in the property was very good quality, all appliances and amnesties where in place just like you would need in your home. All you need is to do good grocery shop and that’s it. Small and sweet home. Overall excellent.
