The aptly named White Sand will transport you to a cool, spacious beach experience rich in comfort and amenities as well as impressive ocean views. Designed for the perfect vacation, this beautiful home will delight your guests, whether they long for luxury, fun or both!
Upstairs you’ll find three king bedrooms, including a primary suite with deck access and a spa-like bath with a glass walk-in shower. The kids don’t get short changed, either: they can enjoy their own well-equipped bonus room complete with a large screen TV, lots of fun DVDs, a foosball table, multi-player arcade station, game table and deck access—plus their own built-in bunk room. The garage is also ready for fun – including a ping pong table, air hockey and a generous supply of beach toys. There is even an electric car charging outlet available. The main-level great room is sleek, with inset lighting, a gas fireplace, TV, and an extensive plush sectional.
Choices abound for dining: you can pull up a seat at the oversized custom built table, the window bar, or breakfast bar in the state-of-the art kitchen, with its stainless appliances, subway tile and luxurious quartz counters. You can also eat outside at the picnic table and barbecue on the large covered patio. The backyard sports a hot tub, fire-pit, lawn area, fencing for privacy, and a custom outdoor private shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. This property was wonderful. It was very close to beach access, the home was very thoughtfully furnished and clean. The outdoor shower is a game changer, especially when coming back from the beach with sandy children. The games rooms helped keep everyone entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home! Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower and all the beach toys/boogie boards in the garage. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

This house was excellent. It had a great layout with a huge living space on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. The outdoor heated shower was so nice when coming back from the beach or out of the hot tub. Little details such as lots of hook in the showers to hang wet swim suits and extra fleece blankets rolled up in baskets in the living areas were appreciated. There were also many board games that we enjoyed playing, as well as ping pong and air hockey out in the garage. We had a great stay!

This property was stunning! We booked it for our combined bachelor/bachelorette party and it was the best decision. Check in and out was very easy. Clear types out laminated signs with instructions for everything you could need. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The table fit our party of 11 perfectly. Mitch was a breeze to cook in. The bedrooms were wonderful spacious and the couch's so comfy some of us slept there instead lol. Plenty of bathrooms and the outdoor shower was wonderful as well. We truly enjoyed this house and it made our weekend celebration so amazing. 10/10 will be staying here again.
