The house was very well stocked in all rooms and very clean. However, never have I been anywhere where the oppupancy was restricted to only the amount of beds this was 12 and we werent allowed visitors even though they were not staying. Very disappointing since we had family in the area.

We loved the location with kitchen and living room areas looking out to the ocean and it’s close proximity to the beach. Upon entering, we noticed a slight cigarette smoke smell. Even though it’s a non-smoking property someone previously obviously violated that. One of our group members is severely allergic to smoke. We let the management know immediately and they simply sprayed carpet in one bedroom. Our group had to split up and they had to stay at a hotel close by. We had no compensation or reimbursement even though I requested it twice.
