The location of the property is excellent. We also liked the fact that it is bigger than most other stays in Paris. When we first came it, it was clean and in order.

There is no cleaning service. If you want your room cleaned, it is 72 euros per single visit. For a 5 night stay, the room got absolutely dirty and uncomfortable. Having it cleaned at least once would be nice, but as customer service said, “that is not included in our package”. Mind you, there is no package. We just reserved on booking. I had to argue my way to getting a set of new towels because we were there for 5 nights and none were left in the room. I messaged the property and they refused at first, but I believe leaving an extra blanket and a set of towels in the rooms is absolutely necessary. The air conditioning does not work properly, so we were either very hot or very cold. Last but not least, there is no option for a late check out, which for us was very much needed. I messaged to ask again, and as with every other thing I asked about, the answer was “no, that’s not possible”.

The location was near to many dining options and local shopping street with bakeries, fruit, cheese and food supply shops, there were some boutiques within walking distance as well. Located on a reasonably quiet and safe street. We like the area as it felt safe and clean. We also love that there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a well equipped kitchen. The availability of luggage storage is also very useful for arriving early or late departure. The host was also very responsive to queries and we felt taken care off even though there was no physical concierge on site.

The elevator in the property is very small and only enough to fit two people or one person and one luggage at a time. It will not be suitable for wheelchair users. Also the bathroom basin area is quite small with not enough countertop space. Perhaps adding a wall shelf will help.
