Comfortable beds, conveniently located right off highway, good for our short stay in the area. Secure apartment with two codes for access. Kitchen pots/pans are pretty old for cooking or heating food. Plan to bring ear plugs or white noise if you anticipate the highway traffic could wake/bother you.

It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. Add that to the Host was fantastic in communication and that’s why I give 5 stars, but want to clarify you can’t expect a perfect high end place is all. I would stay there again when in town if needed.

We came for my granddaughters graduation from Gonzaga, it was beautiful weather. Most everything was what we expected but there are serous updates needed. I have never been anywhere where I couldn’t find a comfortable place to relax. The couch is small and rock hard and not enough seat to even sit on. There was a small chair that when you sat in, you nearly went to the floor and a matching ottoman that would leave you with your feet stuck up in the air. The set was covered with a shaggy blanket that covered a leather (no leather left) duo. All beds need new mattresses and carpet (disgusting) needs to be replaced. Every window and door needs screens. The site says there is air conditioning, there isn’t. This place could be a really nice place if a little love was put into it. There was also things left from the cleaners, clothes in the dryer, etc. all in all the place was clean and close to the college.
