Piękny przestronny dom, czysty i przyjemny. Idealne miejsce dla bardzo dużej grupy (komfortowo dla 7-8 osób). Dobra baza wypadowa do okolicznych miast, szczególnie do Pizy. Miejsce urocze, otoczone gajem oliwnym, właściciele Francesco i jego córka bardzo życzliwi i uprzejmi. Dom ma bardzo dobre wyposażenie - w kuchni jest zmywarka, toster, czajnik, duża ilość naczyń, noże kuchenne, blender etc. Sypialnie przestronne i każda ma własną łazienkę. Można tu wypocząć. Jeśli plaża to w sąsiadującym miasteczku na północy od Livorno (piaszczysta). Na południe tylko klify, żwir właściwie brak ładnych plaż.
Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że dom znajduje się blisko natury, dlatego można tu spotkać różnego rodzaju owady, gady, płazy i robaczki.
Trzeba mieć auto, bo odległości do najbliższych sklepów / miasta to ok. 2 km.

Großes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen. Das Haus war sauber und sehr geräumig. Genug Platz für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Hinter jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bad, was auch sehr vorteilhaft ist.
Der Grill konnte wegen Brandgefahr nicht benutzt werden, weil es zu trocken war. Schade, aber auch verständlich.

Everything was clean, there was a very nice and well-equipped kitchen and AC in each room.
We have got a bottle of complimentary Prosecco in the fridge and coffee capsules. Which was also very nice.
1) Very weak water pressure in sinks and bidets in both bathrooms made it almost impossible to use them. It was quite uncomfortable.
2) The trees in the garden were very overgrown and uncut, because of which it was difficult to pass from the gate to the front door of the house. Because on the largest such tree, the
linden, there was always a mass of bees.
