The reception staff were outstanding; polite, accommodating and fluent in English, but Italian was good for me. The receptionist took me to my suite, explained everything and made a simple stay for one night in a hotel extremely memorable. The suite, comprising of fully stocked kitchen, incredible lounge and huge bedroom, were hugely accommodating. All in all, a hugely pleasant experience, unrivalled in many hotels I have stayed in, over the past years.
Mostly, the welcoming staff. But the accommodations was superb.

Alles! Super Austattung und modernes Apartment, sehr sauber. Wir hatten vor allem Freude an dem grossen bequemen Bett und den Fernsehern (in allen Zimmern!) mit Streamingdiensten. Aber auch die Lage, den Balkon und die Mitarbeitenden kann man loben.
Es war leider im Oktober doch schon etwas kühl und wir konnten die Lüftung noch nicht auf „warm“ stellen. Aber dafür gab es Wolldecken im Zimmer.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa – recepcja naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Świetna lokalizacja obiektu. Dużym plusem był bezpłatny wynajem rowerów dla gości – skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji kilka razy. Rower elektryczny był dostępny za dopłatą. Fajnie, że był też basen – czepki obowiązkowe, ale można je było kupić na recepcji. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

It needs updates, one of the room had smell in it as there was mould. The beds are pullout beds or murphy beds not a real bed.
