Fully equipped, modern apartment in the quaint little town of Golfe Juan. Property has 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen area, and very large balcony surrounding whole of apartment giving plenty of outdoor area for dining/relaxing.
Situated just 2mins walk from the picturesque harbour and less than five minutes stroll to the stunning beaches. Perfect for a family holiday, romantic break, or fun time away with a group of friends.
Minutes away from Cannes, Juan Les Pins, Antibes, Nice and less than an hour from Monaco.
Golf: There are some great courses on the Riviera and a number of them are less than 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
Skiing: Have breakfast by the sea and then be on the slopes within 90 minutes drive.
Cannes Film Festival/Monaco Grand Prix: Cannes is just one stop away (5 mins) so our apartment in Golfe Juan is the perfect location to base yourself for the film festival to avoid astronomical prices that you will be charged for staying in the centre of Cannes.
Monaco is less than an hour away by train or car, and so is easily accessible from the apartment to enjoy the Monaco Grand Prix.

Hi I would highly recommend this booking. I booked at late notice and Stuart went over and beyond in terms of getting the keys posted to my work the next day! It was a lovely apartment right in the middle of everything so no need for a car. The beaches restaurants cafes etc were all in east walking distance and there was cooking equipment meaning you could eat in - which is handy when travelling with a small child. I can’t wait to come back again one day. Thank you for having me

The apartment is lovely and located in the heart of Golfe Juan, surrounded by many bars, coffee shops and shopping facilities.
From the beautiful balcony you can take part in the hustle and bustle of French culture.
The harbor and the sandy beaches can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
The hosts are particularly noteworthy for their immediate helpfulness and warmth.
All in all a great vacation home!!

We had an amazing time in fact it was a piece of 'paradise' for me and 3 friends. We were so impressed with the location of the apartment it couldn't have been better. Within a lovely 5/10 min walk to the beach through some typical french bars/cafes/shops. The beach offers a choice of luxury where you can rent out a sunbed for the day on a private beach or simply enjoy the public beach which is also beautiful. Water sports are available too. Ideal for local transport bus/train so you can explore more of the surrounding area including Cannes and Monaco. We enjoyed walking to the local markets where the locals were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, well maintained and very french with the lovely wooden shutters its a great base for your holiday. The balcony is great either to sit and watch the hustle and bustle down below or to simply enjoy a peaceful evening with a glass of wine or two. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to couples, friends and families although, I would recommend a little visit to the supermarket to keep food costs low if I were to take my family. The owners are very helpful and informative to ensure you have a fun, fabulous, fulfilled holiday! I have already booked another holiday here for 2018.

Very happy with the apartment and location. Golfe Juan is a smallish town on the coast but with all the necessary amenities locally. There are many local shops including boulangerie downstairs, and 3 supermarkets within 150m. The Marché U even has a British section if you really need a fix of Marmite or similar, and all the main British newspapers can be bought in the newsagents 50m up the road if you need news from home. Golfe Juan is a little way from Nice Airport but the 200 bus goes direct for just €1. (I think very large luggage costs extra, but we weren't charged for luggage despite large-ish bags)The train line runs along the cost from almost across the street, rapid services to all the key towns including Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and into Italy. You can also easily get into the mountains for the day by going to Grasse direct from Golfe Juan. Top tip - in the summer tourist season (to end Sept), one-day train passes, covering the whole Cote d'Azur coastal line and into the mountains, costs just €12 - and no extra for first class. This is less than just a 2nd class return to Monaco so well worth buying (though I wouldn't pay a premiuim for 1st class on normal fares - very difficult to tell the difference!)The apartment itself was clean and well kept, the owners were very helpful, and the full deposit was returned very promptly. Hope to be back soon.
