The apartments are cozy and well-maintained. They may feel a bit compact for four guests, but for two or three people they are absolutely comfortable. Everything was clean, and there was everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is very convenient — it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town and the waterfront. There is a private parking space available, which is a big advantage. Also, the bus stop with a direct connection to the airport is only a 5-minute walk away.
Christakis is very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
One small downside was the higher humidity inside the apartment, but this is quite typical for Cyprus and for this type of building.

We needed a short stop and rest near the airport and the apartment did the job. It's a small but cozy place and all very accessible and the private parking spot was very appreciated. For us the location need was near airport so for that it was perfect.
It's a busy apartment building with some movement during the night, nothing too disturbing in our stay. Its a small place, we did not need much space as it was a short stay but need to keep in mind the size depending on your needs.
