This house was in a great location if you were interested in hiking the Niagara Scenic Trails. We could
view Canada across from it. Don't be thrown off by the neighborhood when you drive up. The house is run down & need of serious updating. It has an old out dated feel & smell to it. (the ceiling in the living room was repaired with white duct tape. The old tile has been badly painted over in the downstairs bathroom. The caulk job looks like my child did it. the draperies are mix matched & the decorations are a hodge podge assortment with no rhyme or reason.) There is no dishwasher or washer & dryer at this property - which they never said there was - just don't assume. There was a window in the bedroom downstairs that would not close. several were unlocked when we arrived. The downstairs bedroom is not private. they provide 2 sets of wicker room dividers to put in front of the glass doors. The bathtub did not work in the downstairs bedroom bathroom. Just the showers. And there is only 1 TV in the whole property. our family of 8 could not sit together in the living room to watch a movie but we made it work. otherwise it fit our family..everyone had a bedroom sleep in. the sheets and towels were clean. The blankets for the bed were the cheap stiff, scratchy ones. BUT We always felt safe & were close to all of the attractions Niagara Falls has to offer. Even with the drawbacks the house was cozy & we enjoyed Niagara Falls.

Dated property for sure. Was very clean, easy parking but could certainly use some upgrades. Heat was excellent, held temperature nocely. Showers were nice, good water pressure. New fridge which was nice. Fine for fishing buddies to have a place to crash, wouldnt bring the wife and kids. Mattresses were old and no support, landlord special painting everywhere.
