L espace, la proximité avec un parking, et du centre ville,
La porte d’entrée de l’immeuble cassée , plus besoin de code elle ne ferme plus.

Localisation. Prix.
L'annonce dit qu'il y a une machine lave linge, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
Toilettes : L’eau coulait de la cuvette, laissant le sol humide.
Les rideaux tombaient au sol tout le temps.
La vaisselle était mal lavée. Le sol était collant à cause du nettoyage.
PAS DE COUVERTURES : Nous avions froid ! Nous avons dû en acheter dès le deuxième jour.
