Emplacements central, bon rapport qualité/prix, équipements neufs, buanderie gratuite, manager extrêmement gentille.
Ancien immeuble rénové avec attention en appart hôtel. Situé non loin du centre-ville dans un très bon quartier. Malheureusement le propriétaire semble débordé par la petite maintenance, et comme les dégradations appellent les dégradations et le vol. C’est très dommage car visiblement des efforts ont été faits pour la rénovation. Cela mériterait une réfection des espaces communs, de la cour, de l’entrée et de l’escalier, un peu de peinture vive, l’utilisation de serrures à smartphone, de dispositifs type Minut, d’antivols RFID sur les équipements, et bien sûr une remise en état des petits dysfonctionnements dans les appartements pour retrouver une ambiance moderne, agréable et très attractive. La télé avec des apps c’est une très bonne idée mais il faudrait mettre aussi une app comme Molotov pour avoir la télé en direct.

It was practical & cute
3rd floor. Just a lot of stairs carrying things, but that ‘s just me not wanting to climb loads of stairs after a long day driving, with stuff & the kids..
