Very good position, walking distance to the city center, lots of parking places in the streets. Bed is comfortable. Very clean.
The whole building is full of B&B apartments, the washing machine and drying machine are in the yard, we didn’t realize it until the end of the stay😂 the other guests next door were tooooo noisy, shouting in the corridor and screaming, banning the door etc every night every one or two hours. My son was waken up and got very scared.
The kitchen has only 3 plates, would be better if there were a few more pieces.

A great and affordable place to stay in Saint-Etienne : the location is central yet quiet with many places around to go out and a grocery shop around the corner. The appartement is clean and modern with electric heaters and big windows that let in a lot of sunlight ; the kitchen is well equipped (with a Nespresso machine) ; the bedroom is separated from the main area and the bed is big and really comfortable! Two people could easily stay there for a long period. Highly recommended !
