Loved the location, the decor and very communicative staff !
No real complaints but a full-body mirror somewhere in the flat would be a great addition.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über Rio.
Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wenn man nur wenige Tage in Rio hat, da man für überall hin ein taxi/uber braucht und es in Gehdistanz nicht viel Restaurants gibt für am Morgen oder Abend. Es gibt jedoch eine Küche in der Unterkunft.
Es ist etwas unpersönlich, aber man kann alles per whatsapp fragen.

A fantastic location in Santa Teresa, great shared facilities including a lovely plunge pool which was ideal after hot days exploring Rio.

Very elegant house - art and design lovers will love it! Located in Santa Teresa with an incredible view and a nice shared swimming pool. We also loved the private pools in our other appartment!
We had 2 apartments:
the Ipanema apartment has a good layout and space for a family with 3 children. The kitchen arra is small, but enough for short stays. Unfortunately the dishes were not clean and there was no dish soap provided (what explained the oily film on the dishes) The furniture looks nice and well thought, but all the fabrics were dirty and had stains. Overall seemed the apartment needed maintenance (painting, cleaning of sofa and bed spreads).
We enjoyed the terrace but could not sit outside in the sun because it was too hot and there was no parasol.
The Casa Bahia apartment has an interesting layout with the outdoor kitchen. In theory it's a nice idea but in practice everything was very dirty. Not only from the construction that happened in the main area next to the pool but also cleaning did not happen (spider webs inside the drawers). The bedroom has a good space. Unfortunately there were a lot of small cockroaches. That's why I could not spend the whole stay in the apartment. When I told the lady that took care of the stay, there was no offer to change the room or support me with aids.
Additionally there was a party the day before our arrival. The common area with pool was still dirty with employees glasses and dirt from the construction side.
