Located in downtown Huntington Beach less than a mile from the beach, ocean and pier! Walking distance to sandy beaches, Pacific City, Main Street, fabulous restaurants, world class shopping, and more.
This luxury beach house is over 2,000 ft^2 , 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home has two fireplaces downstairs and hardwood floors throughout.
GROUND FLOOR
Features: 2 living rooms/entertaining areas including 4KTVs, fireplace in each, a grand piano and plenty of comfy seating areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes: brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island. There is also a convenient half bath. Like many houses at the beach there is no A/C.
OUTSIDE
Features: A front patio with seating, a fire feature and palm trees for shade. A private grassy backyard primed for entertaining, BBQing, yoga, sunbathing or shading yourself under a gazebo. A 2 car garage for parking includes: beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach toys and games, perfect for those days at the beach!
SECOND FLOOR
Features: 3 bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, 2 full baths w/ private entrances from each bedroom, as well as, a Jacuzzi tub to unwind after a long day at the beach. Additionally, for those workcations or staycations, there’s a Murphy bed in the back bedroom providing plenty of room to use the desk and efficiently get work done. Lastly, there is also a fully equipped laundry area with washer and dryer, along with additional storage closet areas.

Just an amazing week at this property. The house was immaculate and had sooooo many extras and special touches that the owner provided to make it even better. Such a thoughtful! The owner was also very responsive making sure our stay was the best it could be. Cannot recommend enough. 5 star service and experience.

We chose this house to visit my daughter, her husband, and baby who live in Huntington Beach. The house was by far the cleanest house we’ve ever rented which made me very happy especially since we had my 14 month old grandson visiting us for most of the stay. The house was very accommodating, with a fenced in back yard for our two dogs and a nice front yard with a fire pit. Unfortunately it rained for 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Luckily the inside was so nice that it didn’t matter that we had to stay inside. We would definitely rent this house again!
