This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway to the beach at the world renowned Seascape Resort. 78 Seascape has a wonderful location and rare floorpan that offers a bigger living room, large cathedral windows and expansive balcony.
This villa has an open floor plan and large windows that allow for natural light to shine in. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from your living room or balcony. The entire living space is on one floor.
Villa Features include:
* Amazing Ocean Views
* Two bedrooms - Master w/king bed & Guest bedroom with queen bed
* Two fulls baths (one with tub and one with shower)
* Full kitchen (with toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven). Ocean views from the kitchen.
* Large living room with sofa bed and two extra windows for more natural light and views
* Gas Fireplace in living room
* Private wrap around deck with electric BBQ
* TVs in living room and both bedrooms
* Located at the edge of the bluff for privacy and a place to watch deer come visit right below the unit
* Located on the second floor of north bluff. 16 easy stairs up to private front door entrance from parking lot
Things to enjoy while on Seascape Resort:
* On-site restaurant and bar
* North Bluff Pool & Hot Tub (our villa is close to the pool but situated such that you won't have loud pool noise)
* 7 min walk to the beach
* Seascape guests have gym access located across the street at Seascape Sports Club. Workout or schedule a Tennis Court or Swim appointment. Daily fee applies and paid to the gym.
The area:
There are a variety of upscale fine dining choices, as well as many family oriented establishments within walking and driving distance. Your vacation could be filled with relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, parasailing, wave runner rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike rentals, surfing lessons, sailing on Monterey Bay and much more! Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola which features shopping, beach, great restaurants, wine tasting and great entertainment for all! Santa Cruz is just 10 to 15 mins away where you can enjoy the boardwalk, wharf, concerts, and restaurants.
Other things to note:
Starter supply of toiletries, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towel roll provided. Initial supply is not replenished.
Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts, fire-pit set up are not available. Room service through the resort is not available, however DoorDash, UberEats and pizza delivery all are accessible to order delivery to the villa. You’ll find our competitive rates along with quality of service will make up for the lack of access to the above referenced fee based services.
Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, many properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Absolutely lovely stay for reunion of longtime friends in Aptos. The condo was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was fabulous from the double wide deck and the host communication was timely and efficient. I would highly recommend this stay to other guests!

The unit was clean and spacious. We are 4 school friends who got together to relax and visit for three days. 78 Seascape Resort was perfect. It is a beautiful place in a perfect spot. We walked to the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and spent much time visiting and laughing. Nearby restaurants were easy to get to. September was a perfect time for this getaway. The weather was perfect and no crowds. Julie and Greg answered all of my questions quickly.
