House was in a quite neighborhood. Yard and grounds were nice. Fire pit was used, but don't count on uaing the outdoor grill/pizza oven. Home is starting to age, but still a nice option. Plenty of gathering spaces downstairs for get togethers.

Very nice housethe only issues we had were with the TV's and the bunk bed needs repairs.
