Absolutely everything about this apartment was perfect. The interior is very elegant, the beds comfortable, the location was great - only 10-15 min by foot into the old city and centre of split. The luxury of three bathrooms in total is just perfect when travelling in a group as well as the two cute balconies. We did not want to leave and had an amazing 9 days here. When the weather was bad it didn’t matter because we had this lovely apartment to stay. We will definitely come back.
Also the communication with the host was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended place.

Freshly renovated apartment located within walking distance from old town and the Marjan park. We stayed here one week at the end of July. Outside the weather was quite hot but inside the apartment it was very comfortable thanks to three AC units, one in each room. Having a dedicated shower in each bedroom was also a nice surprise. Our host Tatjana made us feel very welcome and the check-in process was very smooth.
Our recommendations if you're staying here: rent a bike and cycle around the beautiful Marjan park to enjoy the several beautiful beaches and nice views. For bike rental, google "rent a bike marjan", they have affordable rates starting from 1 hour up to full day. And if you want to eat in a chill restaurant close to the apartment then have a look at Downtown Grill Split steak & seafood, less than 1km walk.
