The location was very good, close to the city centre, shops and a bus stop that takes to several beaches along the coast. We were allowed to drop off our bags before check in and leave them there for a bit after check out. The kitchens have most of the utilities you need to prepare simple meals. Overall, it was one of the cheaper accommodations in the area and definitely doable for a group of young people for a few nights.
We stayed in the apartments on the ground and the first floor. The one downstairs felt crustier with and older bathroom and dirtier walls. The rooms in both are rather smaller than it appears in pictures. While each of them can accommodate 5 people thanks to the sofa, I wouldn't recommend booking it for more than 4 people if you want to have some living space (the kitchen/sofa area is very small and you can barely fit your suitcases in the tiny bedrooms).
We had some issues with the facilities - such as the electrical outlet in the downstair bathroom that looked broken (and at some point stopped working so we weren't able to use the washing machine.) The WiFi also didn't work, despite the host being communicative after we reported this, the issue wasn't quickly fixed.
During summers there's a theatre playing right behind the apartment. While you can't see them, they were rehearsing every night from 9pm up until almost midnight, it was very loud (music, screaming etc.). Locals said it happens ever summer. Okay if you come to the city to enjoy the nightlife but could be very inconvenient for people with kids going to bed at this time.
