It’s close to the centre
The difficulty of getting in from the outside door. The key is in a small box on the left side of the wall which needs a 4 digit code. The hallway needs cleaning and perhaps ask people not to smoke inside.

An der Unterkunft haben wir nichts auszusetzen, sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, auch für Selbstversorger, und liegt wirklich im Zentrum in einer ruhigen Straße. Restaurants und eine Birreria sind direkt in der Nähe.
Das Check-in Prozedere war länglich und ziemlich kompliziert, da niemand vor Ort war. Alles mußte online übers Smartphone erledigt werden: Persönliche Daten aller Teilnehmer, Fotos vom Ausweis vorn und hinten und Selfies, manche mehrmals, bis sie akzeptiert wurden. Am Ende bekamen wir die genaue Adresse und ein Bild auf dem Handy mit einem Button für die Haustür und ein Button für die Wohnungstür. Das hat sogar gut funktioniert, aber man hatte Sorge dieses Bild wiederzufinden, wenn man abends weggeht.

Un secondo piumino per la camera singola sarebbe gradito Difficoltoso gestire i caloriferi Colazione assente anche se lo staff si è subito attivato per portare il minimo indispensabile . Sarebbe carino far trovare delle bottiglie d acqua di cortesi

La Cameretta e la camera da letto hanno un vetro in comune e questo non permette una illuminazione autonoma. Inoltre la cameretta non ha alcuna presa d'aria ed infine c'è una forte puzza, forse di sigaretta, che mi ha impedito di dormire e riposare. Tutto l'ambiente ne è impregnato. Riguardo la disponibilità delle chiavi ho atteso invano il codice promesso nell'informativa e ho dovuto telefonare per averlo, ma non era questa l'informazione data!, bastava essere coerenti e comunicare che avrei dovuto chiamare!
