Appartamento praticamente nuovo. Dotato di tutti i confort. In centro paese il quale offre numerosi servizi (era pasqua ma panifici bar e ristoranti comunque aperti)

La casa molto comoda e ben tenuta, disponeva di ogni comfort. La signora Bianca gentilissima e super disponibile così come il proprietario.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Tutto come da prenotazione. L'ideale per una famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

The property was beautiful and in a lovely location.
Private car parking (although very tight turn into it which could be an issue with a bigger vehicle).
The air conditioning system didn’t work properly from day 1. We had one system in the bedroom working and a fan in the living area. We were advised that it was being looked at on about day 5. However, we got back from a day out to find neither we’re working anymore😢In mid July, temperatures were roasting and sleeping was unbearably hot. We asked for an extra fan which the owner sent over.
When we first arrived, we couldn’t figure out how to use the hob. There were no instructions and even though the owner sent over the manual, it took us ages to figure out how it worked as the owner was as clueless as we were! No kettle which meant as the cooker wasn’t working, we couldn’t even make a cup of tea when we arrived for several hours.
The sofa beds had no instructions on how to set them up and yet again I had to message the owner who told us we had to unzip the cushion to set it up. This wasn’t obvious to us.
I felt like I spent the first evening constantly messaging for assistance. The owner tried to help but I think it might be a good idea to leave instructions for the hob and the sofa bed, otherwise other guests will have the same issues.
It’s a real shame about these issues, especially the air conditioning, as that was the main reason we chose this property. If it had been working, this property would have had a much higher rating, but I feel I have to be honest. We all had quite an uncomfortable stay with the sweltering heat 🥵
Finally, I felt a 10% refund was extremely disappointing, as even though we were told other holiday home owners felt it was fair, I feel it was not. The property wasn’t as advertised, and we didn’t enjoy being in the property. A shame!
