A charming barn conversion in a peaceful setting just a short walk to the coastal footpath and beaches of Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove. Brook Barn has four spacious, comfortable bedrooms.
The interiors are well considered, comfortable and original. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 is ensuite.
There is a private garden and parking for three cars outside the property.
15 min walk to two beaches. Stunning coastal footpath on your doorstop. Surrounded by National Trust beaches and walking areas.

We had a great stay, wonderful weather, a beautiful property.. Clean, good beds and parking. However, the upstairs very musty, lacked ventilation, once windows were open for two days this improved, The main bathroon had no extractor fan. no welcome pack as promised, and the Property lacked cleaning materials such as loo or surface cleaner, or Broom Poor WiFi . Instructions regarding waste bin collection, should we have put these out for collection? did not like to leave out in road?

The property was ideal for family members going to a christening locally. The barn was spacious and really comfortable.
