We were welcomed with hot chocolate, which was such a lovely touch. The place itself was incredibly beautiful. We stayed in a valley lodge with a balcony, and the view from both the balcony and the kitchen was absolutely stunning. The water flowing through the property added to the charm — it was truly fantastic to wake up to.
The only disappointment was that the pools were closed during our stay, which left the kids a bit upset. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Lovely property and location booked last minute and got a discount so value for money well equipped with towels and kitchen greta pub on site for food
No heating thermostat that we could find there was a picture of it on the wall it was around 10pm when we needed to turn it on but couldn’t find it and the kids were all froze, quite a large leak in the bathroom round the bottom of sink and the light in the bedroom just flashed when it was on also bedding on one of the doubles was a large duvet inside a small duvet cover so was was lumpy and not comfortable.
