The host Valentina was super super friendly, kind, attentive and very helpful. She gave us lots of advices and tips about the area, she was always promptly to help us. My little daughter broke a soap dispenser by accident and we wanted to pay her for it but she didn’t accept the money at all, nothing was a trouble for her, she is a very kind and lovely lady. She even allowed us to check in earlier and checked out later without any extra charges.
The apartment is big, very spacious rooms, lots of toys in the single room which our daughter enjoyed a lot, everything you need in the kitchen, an amazing jacuzzi and all very clean and nice.
The location is also very good, easy to drive around.
We will definitely visit again!

plug 🔌 for our phone 📱 we had 3 plug one charger and they had 2 plug one.we bought our own charger plug.

I really enjoyed my stay in iumiko center, the cleaning was pretty good, the owner was really nice and explained to us everything. She even recommend us places to visit in Pescara. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and I think it is suitable for families.
I expected more from breakfast since it’s B&B but there was just a coffee machine so I had to go to the supermarket that was supposed to be close but in my opinion it was far away to go on foot.
