Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e arredato in modo semplice ma curato. Eccellenti i doppi servizi. Buonissima posizione, con parcheggio facile e comoda per raggiungere il mare anche a piedi. Check-in semplice e host super disponibile, 10 per lui. Probabilmente il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo di Montesilvano.
Tutto bene, giusto un piccolo dettaglio migliorabile, se si vuole essere puntigliosi, come l’insonorizzazione. Nel complesso però il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Ottima location, pulita e ben curata, a due passi dal mare e a poca distanza (in auto) dal centro di Pescara.

The host was charming and the accommodation was more than adequate for our needs.
The air conditioning was not available in all the rooms and it was extremely hot in Pescara. We are also non smokers and were able to detect that that the property had been smoked in.
