First time in Croatia. Rovinj is beautiful. Spent 7 days here, great location, clean and comfortable. Communication on WhatsApp really convenient and responsive too.

2025年6月、夫と犬と3泊しました。
部屋は清掃が行き届いていて清潔でしたが、大人2人と犬には少し狭く感じました。カーテンを開けると向かいの建物から室内が丸見えになる配置で、ほとんど閉めたままで過ごしました。
立地は中心地から徒歩10〜15分ほど。アクセスはあまり良くないものの、静かな環境で、犬とは落ち着いて過ごせました。ただ、どこへ行くにも距離があり、「ペット可」という条件で選んだ宿とはいえ不便さは感じました。
もっとも困ったのはチェックインでした。20時までの受付という案内を見落とし、到着は20時半に。建物内にチェックインカウンターはなく、どこに行けばいいかも分からず困っていたところ、偶然居合わせた宿泊者に助けられ、徒歩12分ほど離れたチェックイン場所を教えてもらいました。
チェックイン担当者と会えたのは21時半頃。1週間ほど前に犬連れであることをメールで伝え、返信も受け取っていたのですが、「連絡先はもらっていない」「証拠を見せて」といった対応で、こちらの状況に配慮する姿勢は感じられませんでした。
また、私たち以外にもチェックインに戸惑っていた宿泊客を2組見かけました。にもかかわらず、スタッフは「こうしたケースは他にない」と主張しており、不信感を覚えました。
施設や部屋自体に大きな問題はありませんが、強くおすすめできるかと言われると難しいです。予約される方は、事前案内を細かく読み、チェックイン場所と時間に十分ご注意ください。
