The host, Simo, was wonderful and very helpful, especially with tips on good places to eat and swim in Rovinj. The room was clean, spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable.
The guests next door tried our door in the middle of the night, probably by mistake, but it was an unpleasant experience since the door felt weak and loose, and not all guests lock the building’s main entrance as instructed by the host.

Migliorerei le indicazioni per arrivarci, abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad una signora residente in loco, perche con il navigatore era introvabile. Le modalità di accesso alla struttura non sono state chiare anche perchè l'host non parlava nè italiano nè inglese

Great location, friendly staff, ckean room
Very small room with no windows. Pretty claustrophobic experience and no air to breathe.
