The hotel is lovely, in a very secluded place but very quiet and peaceful place. Fairly clean, yes people did complain some insects and cobwebs but I didn’t see it as a huge problem considering you choose an accommodation outside of the city center. To be honest, it’s not that bad. Just keep the windows/doors closed. Very spacious place where you fit big suitcases. Tho the stairs are a bit narrow and maybe a lil dangerous to transfer heavy items.
If you ask me, it’s more suited for a couple or a family as there’s only 1 toilet/bathroom and 1 bedroom. There’s an extra double bed but it’s located in the common area. Basically 2 double beds.
I think the layout is 1 big house split in 2 accommodations. The pool untested as I was only staying for 1 night.
Water - they don’t provide drinking water so it’s best to have a few bottles of water with you.
Customer Service - base on my experiences their service on WhatsApp is fairly slow. I messaged them 1 week in advance, they never got back to me or even replied me. I even emailed them, the same result. It was until that morning I had to message them via Agoda messages (after several messages before), they seem to respond back to me.
Other than the customer service part, I think everything was great.
