The building is interesting. .
The terrace is very nice.
The "private bathroom" Is only accessible through a common area. It's technically private, but not what I'd expect.
The breakfast is a 4€ voucher for a nearby coffee. I can buy that myself, it's not what I understand as breakfast included.
The bed was uncomfortable (to soft and pillow to thick) and very noisy.
