Nice and tidy motel with breakfast availability , tea and coffee on daily basis.
However location isn't great. You need car to be able to get to town or shopping .
Not suitable for public transport commuters as getting around using public transport is just waste of time.

It's essentially a nice hostel you'd find in Europe when traveling in your 20s. I run Catalina every year which requires me be at the boat early so I usually crash here night before. Industrial setting but plenty of parking, staff is always lovely, and it's clean. You can't beat the price. I wouldn't stay here on a fancy vacation but as a bare bones place to crash that's the cheapest you're going to find, it works wonderfully.

For those who are going to any of the hiring halls in Wilmington this is going to be the best place to within the vicinity. The rooms are clean, staff is helpful, there’s 2 small common areas, microwave and gated parking.
Only issue I have noticed is the water pressure in some of the showers can be quite low.
