Graduate by Hilton Nashville

Unique stay with spacious rooms and excellent front desk service. The restaurant and café were both solid choices. My only drawbacks were that the windows didn’t open for fresh air and the sheets were polyester. Otherwise, a great experience overall.

I chose the Graduate not only for the convenient location, but also because I've stayed at an another location and was drawn to the Dolly Parton theme. The staff was phenomenal. The front desk was so attentive and this experience was better than I could have hoped for. I wanted to be in my room, almost as much as I wanted to be out and about exploring Nashville and the Vanderbilt campus.

We were 4 couples who stayed at The Gradudate, Nash. It was a wonderful weekend. Positives: -Hotel is beautifully designed/decorated. Probably one of the prettiest hotels I've stayed in. Super unique! -Accessible to the downtown core -About a 12 minute drive to any location -We used Uber, Lyft & the pay as you go scooters! -The coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful. Food too! -White Limozeen was a cool rooftop spot for drinks (we did not eat there) -The Cross-eyed Critters karaoke bar was such a mish-mash of people but whoaaaaa a whole lot of talent in there! We quickly realized that it was not only hotel guests in there but also a few locals here and there. Super fun and random way to end any night. -Super close to Vanderbilt University campus. Definitely worth walking to Room for improvement: -The gym is fully equipped but a bit tight. Although it wasn't super busy when we were in there. -Would have been nice to have had the pool open. Although it was end of October, it was hot some days -A shuttle to the strip or some of the more popular areas would have been nice. -It's about 30-35mins walk to Broadway. -From the airport taking cabs makes sense but once you've checked in to the hotel, only use apps for transport or the scooters. Taxies charge a flat fee of $30+ from anywhere in the city (even if you're only driving 10mins away) Highly recommend this hotel - it's definitely an experience! Loved seeing the groups of people in their colorful & wild outfits. Truly a one of a kind city.

The hotel is really cute but severely lacking service. After 2 days, no one turned our room over. I called the front desk (took about 2 minutes for someone to pick up) and asked for our room to be turned over since we were out of toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a quarter roll with no extra. We came back 7 hours later with dirty towels still in a pile on the floor, dirty glasses, bed unmade, etc. I called again to ask for the room to be turned over and all they did was deliver a stack of towels. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt last time which was wonderful...money could be better spent elsewhere. The food/drinks are also nothing to write home about. I ordered a matcha from the coffee shop and basically got warm milk. The cheese/meat platter at White Limosine was Walmart quality. Upside - bartender gave great recommendations.
