Very nice place to stay overall, fantastic location on the quieter side of the river. Some lovely restaurants literally on the corner, and very close to major landmarks.
However, YOU NEED TO HAVE MOBILE INTERNET IN ORDER TO OPEN THE FRONT DOOR / THE APARTMENT DOOR. We got e-sims for Italy, but the mobile data was pretty slow, so we had to wait a few minutes for the app to load in order to get inside. The signal in the area is also quite poor. It was ok with us but can't imagine our parents successfully navigating the check-in process. Otherwise, everything was great. 8/10
P.S. Also, just a note, you can't call a taxi directly to the building, as it's in a car-restricted area. Go to the Pitti Palazzo to get a cab.

Very nice place, clean and great area. No toilet paper or laundry detergent though so we had to buy our own. Other than that, highly recommend!
