the lady that was at the front desk when we checked in and majority of stay was so lovely and welcoming, it really makes a difference being greeted with kindness like that. the room was nice and cozy, plenty of tea for us to get through! whole experience was perfect

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent as near train station and fairly central to the town
