This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Silvana. The owners are amazing and very welcoming. Will only stay here in Zermatt.

Everything in this place is perfect. Location, vibe, customer service, cleanliness
The staff is so kind. Dinner time is like going back to Grandma's house for holidays.
