I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. We loved that it was on the outskirts of the busy part of town. It was great having a separate patio area to sit on and still have a view of the Matterhorn. The drinks and breakfast buffet were the best we had during our 3 week trip. The pool and spa amenities were also perfect. This hotel was so nice it was difficult to decide whether to hike or just enjoy the hotel! If you stay in Zermatt you should stay here!!

The lift from the hotel to the Zermatt Gondola is exclusive only for hotel guests. The most convenient location for skier! No need to wait for bus or walk a long way in ski boots. Fran (the owner?) is very nice and kind. Staff are very polite and helpful. Ski room is excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time!
