Room was clean but there wasn't really a heater in the room, unless you count the portable on the shelf.

Our room was clean and had a nice table area to sit. Excellent location to walk to beach and downtown. Friendly and helpful owner on site. Exceptional value!

For a group of 12 (4 rooms), we tried this on a whim and price fit our budget. It’s definitely not luxury and you can tell they are working on improving the units BUT the bed and pillows were super comfy, the jetted tub was AMAZING, walkability was great, staff was amazing…. They were huge rooms and very clean. We loved it and when we go back to seaside, we will definitely stay again.

Very nice place. Beds could use upgrading, not the most comfortable, but it was a very quiet stay. The pet area is beautiful, the staff was super friendly, the snacks and movies were a great bonus! I wish there was a pool but that's ok. Just rough with kids. The suite we stayed in had a mini kitchen with stove burners and cookware (which I didn't realize) and that was great!
